First, we have to say that one of the reasons we brought Against Crony Capitalism back, in addition to the wonderful people who asked us to come back, was this video which aired last year. Mr. Kennedy and I once shared a stage at an event (we were on separate panels) in New York where the focus was on crony capitalism. The audience was mostly c-suite executives. It was probably the most interesting conference at which I’ve ever spoken.

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to make many friends with people whose views may be generally associated the left, but reflect essentially Kennedy’s sentiment above. We may disagree on the degree to which the state should be engaged to solve problems, but we agree that one of the key challenges we face as Americans is the power of the crony capitalist state.

Pharma deserves to be rattled.
