First time ever: More Americans lean GOP than Dem

The country appears to be going through a period of significant political flux

It’s been almost one hundred years since the country went through a serious political shift. As FDR took office in the depths of the Great Depression what it meant to be a Democrat and what it meant to be a Republican changed. We might now be witness to a simililar shift driven (largely) by Donald Trump and a technologically empowered middle class.
